Appointment Cancellations
Please note that cancellations made within two (2) hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
• A 15-minute grace period is provided for all scheduled appointments.
• After the grace period, a late fee of $1.00 for every additional 3 minutes will be added to the final invoice.
• If arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, the appointment may be canceled at the notary’s discretion and considered a late cancellation subject to the 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows
• Clients who fail to appear for their appointment without any prior communication will be charged the full service fee.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.
